I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Now that Harry is getting older, he is starting to bring home craps, I mean crafts from school. So far I have seen a pumpkin, a ghost in the shape of his foot (okay, I kept that one), a turkey in the shape of someone's hand (not his, too big) and an assortment of christmas "ornaments". Sigh... I know I'm a horrible person, but do I really want egg carton cups wrapped in tin foil, aka "silver bells"? Pipe cleaner "candy canes" or felt mice? (I think they were mice, I'm not positive...) Especially on my beautiful tree? I don't think so.
But the boy needs some ornaments to call his own. And I found some perfect ones that I am happy to have on my tree. The front even!
I think dinosaurs on a christmas tree are appropriate, I mean T-Rex and conifers were both from the Cretaceous time period...
Next year, Harry is getting his own tree for homemade decorations. He's going to love it.
