Updating the Cook's Kitchen

As I said, when I get a bee in my bonnet, Colin usually needs to pull out power tools.  Since I'm growing sooooo many delicious things this year, my kitchen needs a lift.  I have no problem with a little nip and tuck, in this instance it required stain and stainless.
The dated oak cabinets were sent out for a little TLC and they came back as a glorious walnut.

And then it was on to new appliances; we've started with glorious fridge!  It is so much bigger we had to bump the cupboards up to fit it in.  Naturally, nature abhors a vacuum, so it stuffed with all things delicious.  So far, that is all we have updated since we are waiting for the summer sales.  But I will keep you posted.
